Brian Bermingham’s Super Simple Sausage Gravy

  • 3T butter
  • 1# breakfast sausage
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 4T flour
  • Pinch of Sage or your favorite savory herb
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Salt to taste
Let’s Get Cooking:
  • Brown meat in butter
  • Add flour, pinch of sage and stir for 1 minute
  • Add milk and simmer for 15 minutes
