We teamed up with Wicked Weed Brewing and Spicewalla Spice Co, an Asheville trifecta, to create 3 unique beer sausages unlike anything else. Pernicious IPA and fresh ground Cascade Hops bring the beer to forefront of our Bratwurst Style Sausage. Appalachian Session IPA was paired with Sassafras and Sumac to make a subtly sweet and versatile sausage unique to the region (a % of proceeds are donated to the Southern Appalachian Highland Conservancy). Fresh Pressed IPA was calling for something a little different, so Spicewalla’s Jerk seasoning and Habanero were included for a deliciously fresh take on Jerk Sausage.
