Owner and fermenter extraordinaire Meg Chamberlain is all over the place promoting the benefits of fermented foods, sharing her vast knowledge on the topic, and generally inspiring us! This year, she and her husband began growing their own produce to make their products more affordable and create jobs in the name of food resiliency.
