- 1 Rib Averages 1.75 lbs.
- Non-refundable deposit of $10/rib
- All Rib Roasts will be fresh*, bone-in, the rack will be cut off and tied back onto the roast to ensure maximum flavor and moisture with minimum carving fuss. If you prefer boneless, simply remove the rack!
