Every fall we continue one of our favorite traditions: fresh pressed, unpasteurized, unfiltered apple cider.
Hickory Nut Gap uses a combination of apples from the Historic Old Sherrill’s Inn old orchards, apples from our very young orchard at the Farm, and local apples from WNC farms. The flavor is so unique and evolves over the course of the season and from year to year. But man, it always tastes like fall at the farm.
Cider will come in half gallon units fully frozen, thaw overnight on your counter-top, or for 24 hours in the fridge. If you order a gallon of cider, you will receive 2x half gallon containers and save $2!
This product is for December Holiday Pickups! You can pick up the cider at any time during our holiday hours:
WEDNESDAY DEC 21st: 12PM – 5PM
THURSDAY DEC 22nd: 12pm-5pm
FRIDAY DEC 23rd: 12pm-5pm
SATURDAY CHRISTMAS EVE 10am-2pm
SUNDAY CHRISTMAS DAY: CLOSED
