“We’re going to sell upwards of 600 turkeys during the Thanksgiving season,” said Virginia Hamilton, Hickory Nut Gap Farm’s farm director. “And that’s a pretty massive portion of our fall revenue.”
On Tuesday, the Fairview farm was busy with local families picking up turkeys for their holiday family meals.
