The Hickory Nut Gap Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program offers you a delicious supply of healthy and high quality meats for your home and family on a regular monthly basis, available for local pickup, nationwide shipping and local Asheville delivery. Hickory Nut Gap Farm also offers bulk orders of half hogs and quarter cows.

A selection of 100% grassfed beef, pasture raised pork and pasture raised chicken
Monthly boxes may contain steaks, roasts, ground meat, whole chicken, pork chops, bacon and sausage
All items in the box are provided at a 10% discount off retail

Our original model, still going strong! Pick up your CSA at the Farm Store in Fairview Wednesday-Sunday from 10am-5pm. Select the week that works best for your family. Please note, some weeks may be unavailable or waitlisted.
