Natalie Furniss graduated with her BBA in Marketing from Texas A&M University.
Natalie was born in the tiny town of Hanover, Kansas and grew up in two different worlds simultaneously. Her father took her hunting, fishing, canoeing, and horseback riding while her mother enrolled her in ballet, beauty pageants, acting and art classes. With a well-rounded childhood, her love for the artistic side of life shined through and she took a career in Marketing.
Throughout her career, Natalie has ran major national event franchises such as the Offshore Super Series Powerboat Racing Association, Fireball Run Adventurally, and was the co-creator of the America Adventure and Mopar Moventure series. She has been featured on Velocity Channel, Track Chic’s Women Behind the Wheel, and has won multiple Addy awards and Telly awards for her work in the Marketing industry. She also worked as a Line Producer for both commercial production and briefly for the motion picture industry.
In 2006, Natalie re-connected with her first high school boyfriend (over MySpace!) and the two married in 2011. In 2012, they had their first son and Natalie made the decision to focus on being a mother. In 2018, after living in both Florida and Colorado, her family moved to Asheville to be closer to grandparents. With over 14 years in Marketing, a recent certification in Temperament Psychology, and her now two boys enrolled in school, Natalie joined the workforce again and enjoys spreading positive messaging both inside and outside of HNG.
