Henry Dixon was born and raised locally here in Asheville.

Some of his hobbies include mountain biking, collecting coins, and fish keeping. He enjoys doing just about anything outdoors! He has a background in the local food industry with other small business like Imladris farms and hopes to stay in the industry and help expand access to sustainable food.
