POWER YOGA:1 hour of steady paced, core building, challenging yoga sequencing. This class will have a lovely warm up and cool down, but the main flow will have lots of chaturangas (them yoga pushups y’all) chairs, twists and arm balances. This is a great class to sweat out anything you need to let go of, to remind yourself of your strength and to build your physical yoga practice. I will be breaking down peek poses to empower yogis to strive to challenge themselves and what is possible on and off the mat.”
