VINYASA FLOW:1 hour of moderately paced, flowing movement. This class follows a traditional vinyasa structure; beginning with a gentle warmup, sun salutations, then standing and balancing postures followed by back bending and hip opening. The class sweetly wraps up with a slow paced cool down, inversion and of course our favorite; shavasana! I give lots of cuing to allow students to go further in or modify a pose, aiming to make this class enjoyable for all levels.
